Loved reading your thoughts on this! I understand what you're saying when some can come across as a little preachy when doing the whole 'I quit social media' post, but this was perfectly put. You shared your own reasons for stepping away and simply encourage others to look at what works/doesn't work for them and them alone. I've been in what seems like a 3 year debate with myself (no exaggeration) when it comes to getting off Instagram...I know I need to step away for my own health but definitely finding it extremely tricky to do so.
